By accessing or using the Teamleader MCP service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Teamleader MCP is an integration service that connects your Teamleader CRM account with Claude Desktop via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The Service allows Claude to access and display your Teamleader data.
3. Account and Access
To use the Service, you must:
- Have an active Teamleader account
- Have Claude Desktop installed
- Authorize our application to access your Teamleader data via OAuth
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and for all activities that occur under your connection.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Share your MCP credentials with unauthorized parties
- Use the Service to violate Teamleader's terms of service
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by Weichie.com. The Teamleader name and logo are trademarks of Teamleader NV. Claude and Claude Desktop are products of Anthropic.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEICHIE.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Weichie.com from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may disconnect your Teamleader account at any time through the Teamleader app integrations settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services (Teamleader, Claude Desktop). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Belgium.
