Changelog | Teamleader MCP

v2.3.5

2 november 2026 Verbetering

The trial is now 14 days free with fair use up to 1,000 tool calls, instead of 25 tool calls.
An expired trial now blocks tool calls on every connection, including OAuth connectors, with a link to choose a plan. Connecting and listing the tools keeps working, and the blocked call shows up in the admin overview.

v2.3.4

31 oktober 2026 Verbetering

When a plan limit or an expired trial blocks a tool call, the message now names the plan and the limit, links to the upgrade page, and tells Claude that the next tool call works again right after an upgrade. Claude no longer keeps saying the limit is reached once the plan has been upgraded.
Every blocked tool call is now recorded, so the admin overview shows how many calls were blocked in the current billing cycle.
Changing the plan resets the 80 and 100 percent usage warnings, so they are sent again against the new limit.

v2.3.3

31 oktober 2026 Stabiliteit

Invoice and subscription discounts are checked up front, like quotations: a percentage between 0 and 100. The fixed-amount option on invoice discounts is gone, Teamleader never accepted it.
Invoice and subscription dates (invoice date, delivery date, start date, next renewal date) must be a real date in YYYY-MM-DD format.
Updating an invoice now also saves its discounts, custom fields and document template, and a new draft invoice keeps its delivery date.
Validation errors now name the field that is wrong.

v2.3.2

31 oktober 2026 Stabiliteit

Quotation expiry dates are now asked for as a date (YYYY-MM-DD) instead of a duration, so creating or updating a quotation with an expiry date no longer fails.
Quotation discounts are checked up front: line and quotation discounts must be a percentage between 0 and 100. For a fixed amount off, Claude lowers the unit price or adds a line with a negative price.

v2.3.1

30 oktober 2026 Verbetering

Set or change the contact person on a deal when creating or updating it.

v2.3.0

28 oktober 2026 Nieuw

Work as a team: colleagues who connect with the same Teamleader account join your company automatically, each with their own personal sign-in.
Admin and member roles: admins manage billing, the connection, and the team. Members use Claude with their own access.
Team overview on your dashboard: see who is connected, revoke a colleague's access, or remove them to free up a seat.
Clearer usage stats: your dashboard now counts the actions Claude actually runs in Teamleader, not background connection traffic.
Plan limits you can see coming: each plan includes a number of users and actions per month. When you reach a limit, Claude tells you so and shows the upgrade link instead of a vague error.
Smoother when Teamleader is busy: if Teamleader asks to slow down, Claude waits and retries on its own, and tells you how long to wait if it still cannot get through.
Upload large files: Claude can give you a one-time upload link, so you can attach files up to 20 MB to a company, contact, deal, or project without pasting them into the chat.
Download links for files: Claude now gives you a short-lived download link for any Teamleader file, so you can open attachments straight from the conversation.

v2.2.0

27 oktober 2026 Verbetering

Faster, more readable lists: every list tool returns a compact overview with the total number of matches, so Claude answers "how many" questions in one call.
PO numbers on deals: set a purchase order number when creating or updating a deal, and search deals by PO number.
Custom fields stay intact: updating one custom field no longer clears the others.
Link tasks to a deal and set the work type when updating a task.
More complete contacts: addresses, remarks, and tags can now be set on contacts, including tagging and untagging.
New lookup tools for activity types, call outcomes, deal sources, and work types, so Claude picks the right value instead of guessing.
Planning, read-only: view reservations, user availability, days off, and closing days.
Time entries in lists now show their date, duration, and description.

v2.1.0

26 oktober 2026 Verbetering

Task filters work as expected: filter tasks on completed or open, and on due date.
Find a contact by email address.
Email tracking works: log an email on a contact, company, deal, invoice, quotation, or project.
Create a task on a deal without having to fill in a due date or work type.
File uploads work reliably on companies, contacts, deals, invoices, credit notes, projects, and tickets.
Delete a single file from Teamleader. Claude warns you first, because this cannot be undone.
Calendar event filters on date range and linked contact, company, or deal now return the right results.
Clearer error messages: when Teamleader refuses a request, Claude now explains why, so you can fix it in one go.

v2.0.0

6 september 2026 Release

Connect in one click: add https://teamleadermcp.weichie.app/mcp as a custom connector in Claude and sign in. No config file to edit, and no secret URL you have to keep out of screenshots.
Consent screen: you decide what a connection may reach, per group: CRM, invoicing, time & calendar, projects, notes & calls, custom fields, files, and admin data. Reading and writing are separate choices.
Advanced mode on that same screen: hand over individual tools when a whole group is more than you want to give away.
Claude now acts as you: every call runs with your personal Teamleader authorization, so your own Teamleader permissions apply instead of one shared company-wide token.
Disconnect whenever you want: removing the connector in Claude revokes its access immediately.
File attachments: list, inspect, and download files on companies, contacts, deals, invoices, credit notes, products, projects, and tickets.
Your current setup keeps working: the existing connection is untouched. Move it over at your own pace with the migrate link on your dashboard.

v1.8.0

3 september 2026 Nieuw

Deal pipelines: a new tool lists every pipeline with its name, so the pipeline on a deal is no longer an unreadable UUID
Each pipeline also returns its own phase IDs and marks the default pipeline, so a phase can be traced back to its pipeline in one call
Deal tools now warn that phase names repeat across pipelines: reporting should always filter on the pipeline, never on a phase name

v1.7.1

12 juni 2026 Verbetering

Time tracking entries can now be linked to legacy project tasks (todos), calendar events, companies, and contacts: next to milestones, tickets, and new-project tasks
Fixed updating the project link of an existing time entry: changing the subject via an update no longer fails
Clearer billable behavior: tools now explain that the invoiceable flag only applies when the entry is linked to a billable subject (project task, milestone, or event)

v1.7.0

24 maart 2026 Nieuw

Custom fields support: create and update custom field values on contacts, companies, deals, products, and invoices
Complete tool schemas: all missing parameters now exposed across 16+ tools (addresses, discounts, budgets, and more)
Company updates expanded: website, addresses, IBAN/BIC, remarks, language, payment terms, and national ID now supported
Enhanced filters: contacts list now supports name, email, and ID filters; events list supports done status filter
Time tracking improvements: duration-based entries, user assignment, and subject linking now available

v1.6.0

24 maart 2026 Verbetering

Calendar events now sort by most recent first: upcoming and recent events appear at the top
Fixed date filters (from/to) on events list so filtered date ranges return correct results
Fixed contact, company, and deal filters on events list that were silently ignored

v1.5.0

16 maart 2026 Nieuw

Custom field definitions: create, update, and delete custom fields directly from Claude
Supports all field types: text, number, date, money, boolean, URL, email, and select fields with configurable options

Guided setup wizard: choose between Claude Desktop (free) or Claude Pro/Team for step-by-step instructions
